What you buy

A personal, non-transferable licence to play the full web version of Copenhagen Runway: every day beyond the six-day demo, every event, and every ending. After payment the game unlocks immediately in the browser you bought it in and shows you an unlock code. Typing RESTORE followed by that code unlocks the game in any other browser or device you use.

The unlock is for the web version only. Purchases made inside the iPhone app are sold separately by Apple, and one does not unlock the other.

Price and payment

The price is shown before you pay, on the checkout page, including VAT where it applies. It is a single one-time payment - there is no subscription and nothing recurring. Payment is processed by Stripe; Dialog Consulting never sees your card number. See the Privacy Policy for what we receive.

Delivery

Delivery is immediate: the game unlocks as soon as Stripe confirms your payment and sends you back to the game. If you close the page before that happens, open the game again and type RESTORE followed by your unlock code. If you never received a code, write to us from the email address you paid with and we will look the purchase up.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because the full game is digital content delivered immediately, by paying you ask us to deliver it at once and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal ends when the game is unlocked.

We do not want anyone to feel short-changed by a game about founders running out of money. If you were charged but the game did not unlock, if you were charged twice, or if the game does not work in your browser and we cannot fix it, write to info.dialogconsulting@gmail.com within 14 days of the purchase and we will refund you in full. Refunds go back to the payment method you used. A refunded purchase no longer unlocks the game.

Availability

We aim to keep the web version online and to keep your unlock working, and we may improve or change the game over time. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability, and we may need to withdraw the web version at some point. Your locally saved progress stays in your browser regardless.

Fair use

Your unlock code is for you. Please do not publish it or sell it on. We may disable codes that are shared publicly.

Law and complaints

These terms are governed by Danish law, without limiting the consumer protections of the country you live in. If we cannot resolve a complaint together, consumers in Denmark can bring it to the Danish complaints authority, Nævnenes Hus (naevneneshus.dk).

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version will be published here with a new effective date. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones in force on the day you bought.
